Refund Policy

We take pride in the quality of our products and ensure that they are inspected before shipping to our customers. However, if you receive an item that is defective, we will gladly to assist you for further steps.

If you believe that your item is defective, please provide us with a detailed description of the issue, along with photographic evidence. Once we have reviewed and approved your request, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned to us in its original condition and packaging. Once we have received and inspected the item, we will issue a refund for the purchase price of the item, excluding any shipping or handling fees.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged, or altered in any way. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet our criteria for a refund.

As for cancellation before shipping, the customer will be charged a 20% restocking fee, which will include transaction fee, processing fee, currency conversion fee, and labor accured.
